D&rsquo;ici 2025, les petites centrales \u00e9lectriques devront utiliser des gaz dont le <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Potentiel_de_r%C3%A9chauffement_global\">GRP <\/a>est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 150. Dans les fontaines domestiques et professionnels, l&rsquo;utilisation de gaz respectueux de l&rsquo;environnement est obligatoire. De plus, tous les appels d&rsquo;offres en Europe exigent l&rsquo;utilisation de gaz respectueux de l&rsquo;environnement pour les circuits de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GWS industries a choisi le gaz R1234yf. Il a un PRG de 5, bien en dessous du seuil de 150 PRG impos\u00e9 par les normes \u00e9cologiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est non explosif, entrant dans la cat\u00e9gorie A2L faiblement inflammable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>En plus d&rsquo;\u00eatre respectueux de l&rsquo;environnement, le gaz que nous utilisons pr\u00e9sente des avantages consid\u00e9rables<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comparaison d&rsquo;un gaz 2AL faiblement inflammable et d&rsquo;un gaz 3A (explosif) hautement inflammable dans un circuit de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration de distributeur d&rsquo;eau<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec le r1234yf, il n&rsquo;y a pas d&rsquo;exigences particuli\u00e8res pour les composants d&rsquo;un circuit de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration. En revanche, pour le gaz R290, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme EN 60335, les composants ne doivent pas \u00e9mettre ou risquer d&rsquo;\u00e9mettre des \u00e9tincelles. Il n&rsquo;est pas obligatoire que tous les composants soient ATEX, il est permis d&rsquo;utiliser des composants qui ne sont pas de la classe IP54, mais ils doivent toujours \u00eatre encapsul\u00e9s.  L&rsquo;\u00e9valuation  des risques est obligatoire<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exemples d&rsquo;utilisation de gaz R290<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec le gaz R290, les cablages avec faston ne sont pas autoris\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cas d&rsquo;utilisation de gaz R290, le thermostat ne peut pas \u00eatre laiss\u00e9 libre, mais doit \u00eatre encapsul\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"341\" src=\"https:\/\/gws-industries.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Confronto-Termostati-1024x341.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3288\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gws-industries.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Confronto-Termostati-1024x341.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/gws-industries.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Confronto-Termostati-300x100.jpg 300w, https:\/\/gws-industries.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Confronto-Termostati-768x256.jpg 768w, https:\/\/gws-industries.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Confronto-Termostati.jpg 1218w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec le gaz R290, les moteurs \u00e0 brosses doivent \u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et ainsi de suite\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Autres points forts pour les distributeurs d&rsquo;eau<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La quantit\u00e9 de charge par installation ne peut exc\u00e9der 500 g pour le R290, et jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 1200 g pour le gaz R1234yf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans le cas d&rsquo;installations multiples, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire plusieurs installations utilisant des gaz inflammables ou explosifs, il convient d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer soigneusement la concentration de gaz dans le volume de la pi\u00e8ce.
