Nous nous sommes inspir\u00e9s de notre longue exp\u00e9rience dans ce domaine pour concevoir et mettre en production un distributeur complet capable de fournir de l&rsquo;eau plate, froide, gazeuse et chaude (extra hot).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/gws-industries.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/02R-M2UPH-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4316\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gws-industries.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/02R-M2UPH-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/gws-industries.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/02R-M2UPH-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/gws-industries.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/02R-M2UPH-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/gws-industries.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/02R-M2UPH.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La gestion de l&rsquo;eau chaude Extra Hot.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour notre fontaine, nous avons choisi une chaudi\u00e8re de grande capacit\u00e9, pr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un litre, sous pression et avec une puissance thermique ad\u00e9quate. La temp\u00e9rature doit \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9e \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un \u00e9cran sp\u00e9cial, situ\u00e9 derri\u00e8re le panneau avant. L&rsquo;acc\u00e8s est volontairement difficile pour l&rsquo;utilisateur final voir le public. Pour s\u00e9lectionner l&rsquo;eau chaude, qui pourrait \u00eatre dangereuse si elle \u00e9tait actionn\u00e9e par des enfants ou par erreur, nous avons pr\u00e9vu qu&rsquo;il faille appuyer simultan\u00e9ment sur deux boutons pour distribuer l&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi deux entr\u00e9es d&rsquo;eau ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans la fontaine , l&rsquo;eau froide et l&rsquo;eau chaude ont besoin d&rsquo;une filtration diff\u00e9rente. La premi\u00e8re doit garantir des qualit\u00e9s organoleptiques \u00e9lev\u00e9es, tandis que la seconde doit lutter contre l&rsquo;ennemi calcaire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il existe diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes de filtration qui \u00e9liminent ou emp\u00eachent la pr\u00e9cipitation du calcaire. Certains ont une longue dur\u00e9e de vie mais ne sont pas les plus appropri\u00e9s pour la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;eau car ils introduisent des polyphosphates, d&rsquo;autres \u00e9liminent tout simplement la duret\u00e9 temporaire mais ont une dur\u00e9e de vie courte (filtres \u00e0 r\u00e9sines carbosiliciques)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La double filtration permet d&rsquo;obtenir une eau exceptionnelle et une efficacit\u00e9 prolong\u00e9e du distributeur dans le temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"668\" src=\"https:\/\/gws-industries.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/RETRO-MF20HOT1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4338\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gws-industries.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/RETRO-MF20HOT1.jpg 700w, https:\/\/gws-industries.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/RETRO-MF20HOT1-300x286.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;entretien et la double entr\u00e9e, dans les fontaines d&rsquo;eau<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un entretien r\u00e9gulier pour pr\u00e9venir la prolif\u00e9ration microbiologique est tout aussi important que l&rsquo;\u00e9limination de la couche de calcaire qui se d\u00e9pose progressivement. Si, dans le premier cas, nous accordons une plus grande importance \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9limination du biofilm, dans le second, nous veillons \u00e0 \u00e9liminer les carbonates. Il n&rsquo;est pas possible d&rsquo;utiliser le m\u00eame produit pour les deux circuits, car cela pourrait endommager gravement le distributeur. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la double entr\u00e9e, nous pouvons effectuer un entretien ad\u00e9quat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;eau p\u00e9tillante, Sparkling !<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La meilleure solution pour le distributeur est un syst\u00e8me qui fonctionne \u00e0 sec sans bac \u00e0 glace, avec un grand volant thermique constitu\u00e9 d&rsquo;un saturateur de grande capacit\u00e9 (3 litres) ! Il permet un circuit de refroidissement silencieux avec une dispersion lente de la chaleur. Le serpentin d&rsquo;eau froide est immerg\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du saturateur, ce qui assure un bon \u00e9change thermique et pr\u00e9serve la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;eau froide<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D&rsquo;autres d\u00e9tails qui font toute la diff\u00e9rence !<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le panneau avant est amovible et interchangeable, avec une double fonction. Les machines pr\u00e9sentant des traces de calcaire sur leur fa\u00e7ade ne sont pas esth\u00e9tiques et ne donnent pas envie de boire. Le nettoyage sur place peut s&rsquo;av\u00e9rer difficile, il est donc pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de remplacer le panneau et de nettoyer l&rsquo;ancien dans nos locaux.
