Con il 2025 i sistemi di piccola potenza devono utilizzare gas con GWP sotto la soglia 150.&nbsp; Negli erogatori d&#8217;acqua domestici e professionali \u00e8 d&#8217;obbligo l&#8217;utilizzo di gas ecologici. Oltre a ci\u00f2 &nbsp;in Europa tutti i bandi chiedono l\u2019utilizzo di gas per i circuiti frigo che rispettino l\u2019ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GWS industries  ha scelto il gas R1234yf.  Ha un <a href=\"https:\/\/gwsonline.it\/tecnologie-acqua\/gwp-ed-erogatori-acqua\/\">GWP 5 <\/a>ben sotto la soglia GWP150 &nbsp;imposta dalle norme ecologiche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Non \u00e8 esplosivo, rientra nella categoria dei debolmente infiammabili A2L<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Oltre a rispettare l\u2019ambiente il gas che utilizziamo presenta notevoli vantaggi<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Confronto tra un gas debolmente infiammabile 2AL ed uno altamente infiammabile 3A (esplosivo) nell&#8217;utilizzo di un circuito frigo per erogatori acqua<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Utilizzando r1234yf non esistono un prescrizioni particolari per i componenti all\u2019interno di un circuito frigo. Mentre per il gas R290, secondo la norma EN 60335, i componenti non possono emettere o essere a rischio di emettere scintille. Non \u00e8 obbligatorio che tutti i componenti siano <a href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/ATEX\">ATEX<\/a> , e\u2019 ammesso l\u2019utilizzo di componenti non in classe IP54, ma devono comunque essere incapsulati.&nbsp;&nbsp; La valutazione del rischio obbligatoria<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esempi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utilizzando gas R290 non sono ammessi collegamenti tipo Fast-om<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utilizzando gas R290 il termostato non pu\u00f2 essere lasciato libero, ma deve essere incapsulato<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"341\" src=\"https:\/\/gws-industries.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Confronto-Termostati-1-1024x341.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3297\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gws-industries.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Confronto-Termostati-1-1024x341.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/gws-industries.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Confronto-Termostati-1-300x100.jpg 300w, https:\/\/gws-industries.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Confronto-Termostati-1-768x256.jpg 768w, https:\/\/gws-industries.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Confronto-Termostati-1.jpg 1218w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utilizzando gas R290 i motori a spazzole devono essere schermati<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E cos\u00ec via\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Altri punti di forza per gli erogatori d&#8217;acqua<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La quantit\u00e0 di carica per singolo impianto non pu\u00f2 superare i 500 gr per il R290, mentre per il gas R1234yf pu\u00f2 arrivare a 1200 gr.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In caso di installazioni multiple ossia di pi\u00f9 impianti utilizzanti gas infiammabili o esplosivi deve essere fatta una attenta valutazione sulla concentrazione di gas nel volume del locale.&nbsp; Per un gas esplosivo come l\u2019R290&nbsp; la norma &nbsp;consiglia una soglia inferiore agli 8 gr per metro3, mentre per l r1234yf la soglia \u00e8 di 39 gr\/m3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La manutenzione straordinaria di un circuito frigo con gas non esplosivo \u00e8 decisamente pi\u00f9 semplice, non necessita di particolari attrezzature, \u00e8 simile ai vecchi impianti con il Gas a134a<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Perch\u00e9 abbiamo scelto per il circuito frigo il gas&nbsp; R1234yf e non gli idrocarburi R290 La messa al bando del gas Fluorurati,&nbsp; tra cui l\u2019R134a, procede.
