Information on the protection of personal data pursuant to art. 13 of the privacy code (Legislative Decree no. 196/03)

GWS Industries, with registered office in Genoa – Via Trasta 14A 16162, in its capacity as data controller, wishes to inform you that your personal data, provided through the site, will be processed through the use of tools, programs and procedures suitable for guaranteeing its security and confidentiality, in full compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree No. 196/03).

Below, we summarize all the operations we carry out that involve the collection, storage or processing of your personal data, and the purposes we pursue with each of them:

  • Your personal data will be collected at the headquarters of GWS Industries srl, will be recorded and processed on paper and with the aid of electronic or automated means, and will be stored in special databases
  • Your data will not be subject to “dissemination”; nor will they be communicated to third parties, while they may be known by the staff of Wts srl, in particular by the person in charge of maintenance, management and updating of the website; they may be communicated to associated companies, to subjects who collaborate in the organization of the trip, who provide the tourist services provided for in the contract or who carry out credit recovery or protection activities. rights or data management as independent data controllers, to public bodies where there is a legal obligation, for the performance of administrative, commercial, accounting and tax activities. Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 Art. 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights)

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
a. the origin of the personal data;
b. of the purposes and methods of the treatment;
c. of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d. of the identification details of the owner, of the managers and of the designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
e. of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a. updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c. the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a. for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b. to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.


In order to ensure the correct functioning of the procedures and improve the user experience of online applications, the website uses cookies.
