Hot water & sparkling water

A high-capacity, sturdy watercooler for both hot and sparkling water. We drew on our extensive experience in the field to design and manufacture a complete dispenser capable of providing still, cold, sparkling, and hot (extra hot) water.

Extra hot water management

For our dispenser, we chose a high-capacity boiler, almost one liter, under pressure with adequate thermal power. The temperature must be set on a special screen located behind the front panel.

Access is deliberately not easy for the end user/public.

To select hot water, which could be dangerous if operated by children or by mistake, we have set it up so that two buttons must be pressed simultaneously to dispense the water.

Why two water inlets?

Cold and hot water dispensers require different types of filtration. The former must guarantee high organoleptic quality, while the latter has to combat limescale.

There are various filtration systems that remove or prevent limescale precipitation. Some are long-lasting but are not ideal for water quality as they introduce polyphosphates, while others simply remove temporary hardness but have a short lifespan (carbosilicic resin filters).

Double filtration provides exceptional water and prolonged dispenser efficiency.

Maintenance and double inlet

Regular maintenance to prevent microbiological regrowth is just as important as removing the layer of limescale that gradually builds up. In the first case, we focus on removing the biofilm, while in the second, we focus on removing the carbonates. The same product cannot be used for both circuits, as this could seriously damage the dispenser. With the double inlet, we can perform adequate maintenance.

Sparkling water!

The best solution: a dry-running system without an ice bank, featuring a large thermal flywheel consisting of a high-capacity 3-liter saturator! This allows for a silent refrigeration circuit with slow heat dispersion. The cold water coil is submerged inside the saturator, ensuring good heat exchange and protecting the quality of the cold water.
